There are so many interesting self help books being released in 2025!

It’s going to be a little difficult to choose which one I want to go for first.

When browsing the “new releases” lists online these past few months, I was so happy to see that there are new books coming that will discuss topics ranging from finding love, to saying “no”, and the science of conversation.

A few of my favorite things to learn about and discuss.

Healthy Happy ADHD by Lisa Dee definitely caught my eye. Since being diagnosed with ADHD earlier this year, I’ve been enjoying the process of learning more about how my brain works, and what I can do to be more efficient. Not only is Healthy Happy ADHD written in ADHD format (which I love), but it is written by a woman and is tailored for women, specifically. It’s taken the number spot on my TBR (to be read) list.

I hope that you can find a few highly-anticipated titles down below to add to your list of books to read in 2025!
